Bond systems for diamond wheels
Normally, there are three bond systems for diamond wheel:
1.Resin Bonds of diamond wheel (B): For most Precision Grinding operations, including cylindrical, surface, and internal grinding of Carbides and Ceramics. The exceptional fast and cool cutting action is the reason they are suited to sharpen multi-tooth cutters, reamers, etc. Easy to true and dress.
2.Metal Bonds of diamond wheel (M): MSL available in various shapes for dry, offhand reconditioning of carbide tools and composite materials.
3.Vitrified Bonds of diamond wheel (V): Popular in offhand grinding of carbide tools, suitable for Carbide Creep Feed
