Coarse Grits: Best life and stock removal rate, good form holding
Fine Grits: Low stock removal, best finish and good life
High Diamond Wheel Speed: Better finish and form holding, hard acting
Low Diamond Wheel Speed: Worse finish and form holding, softer acting, shorter life
High Diamond Concentration: Longer life, better form holding, harder acting
Low Diamond Concentration: Shorter life, soft acting
Diamond Wheels: Wet = 5500 - 6500 SFPM; dry = 3500 - 4500 SFPM
CBN Wheels: Wet grind = 6500 - 9500 SFPM
Water Coolant: Highest stock removal rate, fair finish
Oil Coolant: Lower stock removal rate, better finish
